4. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINES

Once your refund request is received:

Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., back to your Credit Card, Airwallex, Stripe, or Bank Account).

6. POLICY FOR DEVELOPER SERVICES

If you hire us for developer services (e.g., automation setup, app building) and are not satisfied with our communication or initial output within the first 30 days, you may request a refund.
This applies even if we have already commenced work on your project.
Upon refund, you forfeit the rights to use any work-in-progress code or assets we have delivered up to that point.
